Some people feel that they do not have to make a choice at all whether they want to accept God. But this is not true. But there is no such thing as not making a choice.
If someone barges into your office and tells you there is a fire in the building and asks you to evacuate. You can make a choice to believe him and leave the building or disbelieve him and continue with your work. If you ignore him and think that you don’t have to make a choice, in reality you have made the choice to disbelieve him and will have to pay the consequence.
The decision to accept Christ as your Savior or not is like the above choice. God is telling you: “Accept Jesus as your Savior or you will have to pay the penalty for your sins.” If you ignore this advice, you are in reality deciding not to believe.
